Disagreement is an inherent feature of democratic life. The Center prepares students to meet it well: reasoning from evidence, engaging the strongest version of the other side, and finding common ground. These are skills for citizenship, and for any room students find themselves in: the boardroom, the courtroom, the clinic, the newsroom.
